Hands-On Cooking Instruction!
Learn to cook food very low in salt, fat, sugar, meat, & dairy
that actually tastes good!

I've stopped all cooking instruction for the time being so that I can concentrate on the book and filling the "Healthy Cooking Live!" events.  However I am doing a very small hands-on cooking class for only 6 poeple starting in April...read below for details!


Hands-on small group classes are planned to start in the Whole Foods Market Salud kitchen.  I'll be offering three 6-hour classes every other week for 6 weeks staring on April 4th!  It is only open to people that have been to a "Healthy Cooking Live!" event and know what I do and what I'm about.  I'll be selecting only 6 people for these lessons.

If you are interested and haven't been to a "Healthy Cooking Live!" event you can sign up for 
Winter Edition v2.0 on February 28th or Soups Only v2.0 on March 14th right now so that you can have a look at the way I cook and teach to see if you might be interested in the hands-on lessons.

Costs are being worked out now and will be posted shortly.  Registration for this event will only be done directly through Chef Steve.
