FoodCanHeal.com is offering healthy cooking demonstrations in Columbus Ohio facilitated by W. Stephen Smith RD who has a degree from the Culinary Institute of America and more than 25 years of hands-on experience in high-end international resorts. He also has personal experience with lifestyle modification including more than a 70 pound weight loss and normalization of an extraordinarily high lipid profile with diet and exercise and is a Registered Dietitian with a degree in Medical Dietetics from the Ohio State University School of Allied Medical Professions.
